OBJECTIVE
Drive traffic to the Model Home Park of the Community of Fairwood.
SOLUTION
Create a Dynamic
Event called the "Great House
Hunt". Which drew people to tour each
model home to collect clues for a chance to
win the grand prize. With free food, tons of
giveaways and a grand prize of a Free 50 inch
Plasma TV delivered to the winners home.
MEDIA
Half page print adds
were placed in the Washington Post and the
Capital Gazette before the event. Radio spots
were aired on different local stations 2 weeks
prior to the event. A live broadcast was held
at the Model Home Park during the event garnering
even more air time and attracting active home
shoppers. The communities website was featured
in all of the spots and adds allowing customers
to further research the community before the
day of the event.
OUTCOME
The campaign resulted
in a turn-out of hundreds of qualified potential
buyers touring the model home park to collect
clues from five of the seven model homes to
be eligible to win the grand prize.
